Five children from years 4 to 6 have been chosen as EARAs (Equality and Rights Advocates) and under the guidance of Mrs Lake they represent Compton at the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging District Partnership meetings.  

Our Mission Statement is:

We will ensure, throughout our school, that people are treated equally and fairly. We will encourage others to uphold our core values of compassion, honesty and gratitude. We will support others, no matter what challenges they may be facing, to become successful in all areas of school life. 

We meet once a fortnight with Mrs Lake, and once a term with other EARAs from across Hampshire. We work to ensure inclusivity and equality is at the forefront of our school. We will soon be doing assemblies and starting projects - watch this space to see what we do!
